Carlos García-Egocheaga

Carlos García-Egocheaga is responsible for driving the strategic direction and expansion of the overall business globally. He oversees all aspects of Lexsoft including the P&L, HR, legal, and business development. Carlos has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, including legal tech.

Javier Magaña Garcia

Javier Magaña García is responsible for the successful completion of all customer projects at Lexsoft. Adopting a hands-on approach, he oversees everything from project design and troubleshooting through to the delivery of ongoing support and services.

Felix Rama Palomar

With over 20 years of experience in the legal technology sector, Felix Rama Palomar is responsible for Lexsoft’s business operations in Latin America, including business development and customer support. He is also a Partner at Lexsoft.

Sara García Exposito

Sara García Exposito is responsible for the development of all Lexsoft software, including design, programming, testing, bug fixing, and re-engineering. A client-orientated developer, she also leads her team to drive the development of new and bespoke features, products, and solution integrations for customers. Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, Sara has led and managed large and complex international projects for some of the most prestigious global law firms across Europe.

Manuel Madrid García

Manuel Madrid García is responsible for implementing solutions at client sites and ensuring that they meet the business needs of the organizations. This includes conducting thorough assessments to understand client requirements, helping to tailor solutions to fit specific needs, and providing guidance to enable customers to optimize the performance of the solutions deployed. He has 20 years of experience in the legal technology industry.

Eva Sama

With over 20 years of experience, Eva Sama oversees all aspects of Lexsoft’s finance operations in Europe and Latin America. She has played an instrumental role in establishing and growing the company’s financial infrastructure in the Latin American markets. Across Lexsoft’s geographies, she is responsible for accounting, taxation, treasury, billing, payroll, and financial reporting. Additionally, she handles supplier management, strategic financial planning, and audit support.

Santiago de la Osa Morales

Santiago de la Osa oversees the sales pipeline and spearheads the strategic deals in the EMEA market. As a seasoned, high-impact sales professional, he plays a major role in driving the company’s growth. His expertise spans architecting and executing the company’s sales strategies, alongside product positioning, representing Lexsoft at major industry conferences and partner negotiations, as well as delivering specialized legal tech consulting to enterprise clients. He leads the company’s Customer Success program, ensuring sustained client engagement and satisfaction to drive long-term business relationships.
